Q: How do I start using ImageLab?
A: Simply sign up using Google, Apple ID, or email authentication. Once logged in, you can immediately start uploading images or creating new ones from text descriptions.
Q: Do I need any technical knowledge to use ImageLab?
A: Not at all! ImageLab is designed for everyone. Just describe what you want in plain English, and the AI will handle the technical aspects.
Q: Is there a mobile app?
A: ImageLab works perfectly in your mobile browser with a touch-optimized interface. No separate app download needed!
🎨 Image Editing & Creation
Q: What can I do with my images?
A: You can transform images using natural language commands, create new images from text descriptions, apply artistic styles, crop images, remove objects, and much more!
Q: How do I edit an image?
A: Upload your image, then simply describe what you want to change in the text box. For example: "make the sky more dramatic" or "change the color to blue."
Q: Can I use voice commands?
A: Yes! Click the microphone button, speak your command, and ImageLab will process it. The system automatically detects when you're done speaking. Then hit send. You can pause the microphone with a second click.
Q: What image formats are supported?
A: ImageLab supports all standard formats, including JPG, PNG, WEBP, and more. Images are automatically optimized for the best AI processing results.
📁 Projects & Organization
Q: How do projects work?
A: Projects help you organize your images by theme or purpose. Each project has its own gallery, and all images are kept separate from other projects.
Q: Can I share my projects with others?
A: Yes! You can make projects public and share them with a custom link. Others can view your images and the prompts used to create them.
Q: Where are my images stored?
A: Images are securely stored in the cloud and synced across all your devices. Your data is completely private and separate from other users.

Q: Is ImageLab free to use?
A: ImageLab offers 25 credit for free. Then by purchase of credit packs that never expire. Single generations are one credit, video generations are 4 credits.
Q: How does the token system work?
A: Each AI operation uses tokens. Free users get 25 credits, while premium users get higher limits of your choice. The more you get, the lower the per credit cost.
Q: Is there a monthly subscription available?
A: Not yet, at the moment just bulk credit packs. Let us know what you’d like.

Q: Why are my images automatically resized?
A: Images are resized to optimal dimensions that work best with AI models. This ensures better results and faster processing.
Q: Can I download my edited images?
A: Absolutely! You can download individual images or entire project collections. All images are available in high quality.
Q: What if the AI doesn't understand my request?
A: Try rephrasing your request in simpler terms. The AI works best with clear, descriptive language. You can also use the suggested prompts that appear after image analysis.

Q: What languages does ImageLab support?
A: Currently, ImageLab is available in English, German, French, Italian, Korean and Japanese. The interface automatically adapts to your browser's language preference.
Q: Is there a dark mode?
A: Yes! ImageLab includes both light and dark themes. Your preference is automatically saved and synced across devices.
🔒 Privacy & Security
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes, your images and data are encrypted and stored securely. Each user has completely isolated storage, and we never share your content with third parties.
Q: Can other users see my images?
A: Only if you explicitly make a project public. By default, all your projects and images are completely private.
Q: How long are my images stored?
A: Your images are stored permanently as long as your account is active. You can delete individual images or entire projects at any time.
❗ Troubleshooting
Q: My image upload failed. What should I do?
A: Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
Q: The AI generation is taking too long. Is something wrong?
A: AI processing can take 30-60 seconds, depending on complexity and server load. Premium users get priority processing for faster results.
Q: I can't see some of my older images.
A: Images created before our cloud migration (August 9, 2025) may not be available. This affects older projects, but all new images are permanently stored.
Q: How do I report a bug or request a feature?
A: Contact our support team through the app or send feedback through your account settings. We actively monitor and respond to all user feedback!
